What ingredients do you use?

We use a combination of synthetic ingredients and plant based ingredients and avoid harmful chemicals and animal-derived ingredients.

Where is Phorus made?

We make and manufacture all of our products right here in Australia.

What is Phorus doing on the sustainability front?

As a small business, we’re always looking for more sustainable ways to do things.

At the moment:

  • Get Even is packaged in glass bottles. 
  • Our mailer boxes are 100% recyclable.

While we may not have all the answers, we’re always working on better solutions.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept most major credit and debit cards, like Visa, Mastercard, and Amex. We also offer AfterPay as our Buy Now Pay Later option.

Where do you ship to?

Currently we only deliver care packages throughout Australia.

How much is shipping?

It's free, because who wants to pay for shipping!

We offer free standard shipping for all orders.

We also offer express shipping for $12.95

How long will it take for my Phorus order to arrive?

Standard shipping: your order will arrive in 4-7 business days

Express shipping: your order will arrive in 2-3 business days

We provide same day* shipping for all eligible orders.

If your order is placed before 11am* Monday to Friday, it will be shipped the same day.

All orders placed past 11am will be shipped the following day. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped the following Monday.

Please note: we don’t dispatch orders on weekends or Australian Public Holidays.

Returns

What's your returns policy?

We want you to love your Phorus products as much as we do, so we consider returns for the following reasons:

  • The order is incorrect.
  • The product is faulty, unsafe, contains a defect or is damaged upon arrival. (Please add pics, where possible.)
  • You’ve changed your mind and the product returned is in an unopened, unused and resalable condition (only eligible for products delivered within 7 days).
  • You’ve had an allergic reaction. Please discontinue use immediately and take a photo of the reaction so we can understand how to prevent this in future. Allergy returns must have only been lightly sampled (less than 1/4 used). 
  • If your return meets the above criteria and is accepted, you can opt for a refund, exchange or store credit.

If your product doesn’t meet the requirements above* at our discretion, we reserve the right to decline a refund, exchange or store credit.

*Where the goods have become of unacceptable quality as a result of your misuse, damage or neglect.

I meet the returns policy criteria. Now, how do I return my product(s)?

Send us an email via help@phorusbeauty.com and let us know:

  • Your order number or proof of purchase so we can track your order and payment method.
  • The reason(s) you’re requesting a return. Please refer to above. 

Send the product back as instructed in your email.

Then, we’ll inspect and review your return and reply to confirm next steps.

If approved, please allow up to 2 weeks for refunds to be credited to your original payment method.

The "Get Even" Guarantee

What's the guarantee?

If after 45-days you find that Get Even isn’t for you, there’s no love lost. You can get your money back with our ‘Get Even’ Guarantee.

How does the guarantee work?

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Your claim must be made after 45 days of product delivery.
  • You need to provide time-stamped images of when treatment commenced to the date of guarantee (minimum of 4 images to show no progress with the treatment).
